Welcome! 

Finnlees Trailer Park is located in Stockton, CA, just south of Lodi and just off of CA-99 S. We currently have 22 trailer spaces, 2 houses, and 2 single-wide manufactured homes on site.

Park Details:
- Pets - dogs and/or cats with prior approval only.
- Coin laundry facility on site.
- Utilities billed separately.

If you don't have a printer, the Rental Application can be picked up at the Park.  Copies are next to the mail boxes, located on the exterior wall of space 25 (the small house in the southwest part of the Park).

Completed applications may be given to Bud Daniels, who lives in space 12.
